Length: Online counselling sessions last 50 minutes.
Fees: Individual(18+) online sessions cost £50.00 per session.
Please pay before your session begins via bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If there is a pattern of missed/canceled appointments, then a missed appointment fee will be charged for the full session. Discretion will be used for illnesses and emergencies.

Integrative therapy involves techniques from various therapeutic modalities. Unlike some single-school approaches, integrative therapy is not restricted to a particular methodology.
Instead, therapists draw on different techniques as they are needed and adapt them to the specific needs of the individual.

We agree on a time and day each week, and I email an invite link such as Google Meet. Click on the link to gain access to our online session, which lasts 50 minutes.
You can pre-book a block of sessions or book and pay as you go each week.
Everybody is unique, and it depends on the individual choice. The number of sessions you require depends on your needs and goals and the level of difficulty you are experiencing, your current life situation and financial circumstances.
We work together to identify how many sessions are likely, if that is helpful for you to know and go at your pace.
It’s normal to feel apprehensive when first starting counselling. Online sessions are a very convenient way of undergoing therapy, and we go at your own pace.
All you need is a good Wifi connection and a quiet, comfortable space so you feel at ease to talk openly. I create a safe, non-judgmental space to support you building a trusting working relationship.
You are on a journey of discovery with the opportunity to explore your past, present and help build resilience for any future fears. During our sessions, I help you identify your underlying self-defences and unconscious triggers so that we explore how these are affecting your life.
By increasing your self-awareness, you gain a deeper insight into yourself, as an adult but also how childhood unmet needs have influenced your present choice making process. By discovering your true identity, you build up self-worth to heal and move forward and give yourself a fresh start.
Everything you discuss with me during our sessions is confidential.
There are only two exceptions to this where I am obliged to break confidentiality: if you disclose involvement in or knowledge of any criminal activities or if there is a safeguarding issue if you or any adult or child related to you could potentially be under threat of harm or abuse.
